ز م ھ رz-m-h-r
(quadriliteral, rubāʿī) — زَمْهَرِيْرٌzamharīr: intense cold; a chill that penetrates the bones; the lexicographers say the original sense is of hardness and contraction (اِزْمَهَرَّتِ الْكَوَاكِبُizmaharrati al-kawākib = the stars shone out brightly, اِزْمَهَرَّ وَجْهُهُۥizmaharra wa-jhuhu = the face became hard and tense). Only once in the Quran, in the description of the temperate climate of Paradise: ﴿لَا يَرَوْنَ فِيْهَا شَمْسًا وَّلَا زَمْهَرِيْرًا﴾ (Al-Insān 76:13)
