Session 091: Surah Al-Ma'idah 92–96

O you who have believed, do not kill game while you are in the state of ihram. And whoever of you kills it intentionally - the penalty is an equivalent from sacrificial animals to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you as an offering [to Allah] delivered to the Ka'bah, or an expiation: the feeding of needy people or the equivalent of that in fasting. Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers, but forbidden to you is game from the land as long as you are in the state of ihram.

سورہ مائدہ کی آیات ۹۲ تا ۹۶ کا لفظی ترجمہ اور تفسیر، اے ایمان والو! حالت احرام میں شکار نہ کیجیو، اور جو تم میں سے اس کو قصداً مارے گا تو اس کا بدلہ اسی طرح کا جانور ہے جیسا کہ اُس نے مارا ہے، جس کا فیصلہ تم میں سے دو معتبر کریں گے۔ یہ نیاز کی حیثیت سے خانہ کعبہ کو پہنچایا جائے یا کفارہ دینا ہو گا، مسکینوں کو کھانا یا اسی کے برابر روزے رکھنے ہوں گے ۔اور تمہارے لیے دریا کا شکار اور اس کا کھانا جائز کیا گیا، تمہارے اور قافلوں کے زادراہ کے لیے۔ اور خشکی کا شکار جب تک تم احرام میں ہو، تم پر حرام کیا گیا۔
