غ ب رgh-b-r
(ن) غَبَرَ يَغْبُرُ غُبُوْرًاghabara yaghburu ghubūran: (1) to stay, to remain behind (2) to be covered with dust. (this verb is not used in the Quran).
غَابِرٌghābir pl. غٰبِرِيْنَghābirīna (active participle, ism fāʿil): one who remains behind. ﴿اِلَّا عَجُوْزًا فِي الْغٰبِرِيْنَ﴾ (Ash-Shuʿarāʾ 26:171)
غَبَرَةٌghabarah (noun, ism dhāt): dust. ﴿وَوُجُوْهٌ يَّوْمَئِذٍ عَلَيْهَا غَبَرَةٌ﴾ (ʿAbasa 80:40)
