ا ر کʾ-r-k
(ن) أَرَكَ يَأْرُكُ أُرُوكًاaraka yaʾruku urūkan: (of a camel) to feed on the leaves of the arāk tree.
اَرِيْكَةarīkah pl. اَرَائِكarāʾik: adorned and decorated couches (the canopy fitted to adorn a couch was made of arāk wood). ﴿عَلَي الْاَرَآئِكِ مُتَّكِـُٔوْنَ﴾ (Yā Sīn 36:56)
