Session 288: Surah Al-Hajj 75 – Al-Mu'minun 2

سورہ حج کی آیات ۷۵ تا مومنون ۲ کا لفظی ترجمہ اور تفسیر،

یہ آیات اللہ کے منتخب رسولوں کے مقام اور توحید کے درمیان توازن بیان کرتی ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ فرشتوں اور انسانوں میں سے اپنے رسولوں کو منتخب فرماتا ہے، مگر کامل علم اور حتمی اختیار صرف اسی کے پاس ہے، اور تمام معاملات اسی کی طرف لوٹتے ہیں۔
یہی آیات امت مسلمہ کی ذمہ داری بھی واضح کرتی ہیں کہ وہ انسانیت پر حق کی گواہ بنے۔ ساتھ ہی یہ ہمیں ہماری حقیقی پہچان “مسلمان” یاد دلاتی ہیں — وہ نام جو حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا سے وابستہ ہے اور جسے اللہ نے پسند فرمایا۔
ان آیات میں فلاح کا مفہوم بھی واضح کیا گیا ہے، جو محنت، جدوجہد، نماز، زکوٰۃ، نیکی اور اللہ کی رسی کو مضبوطی سے تھامنے سے حاصل ہوتی ہے۔
اور پھر سورۃ المؤمنون کے آغاز میں یہ اعلان آتا ہے کہ مومن واقعی کامیاب ہو گئے۔ اس کامیابی کی پہلی اور بنیادی شرط نماز میں خشوع ہے — ایسی نماز جس میں دل عاجزی سے بھر جائے، جسم و ذہن حاضر ہوں، اور بندہ اس احساس کے
ساتھ کھڑا ہو کہ وہ اپنے رب کے سامنے ہے۔

These ayaat beautifully balance the honor of Allah’s chosen messengers with the truth of absolute Tawheed. They show that while Allah selects His messengers from among angels and humans, complete knowledge and final authority belong only to Him, and all matters return to Him.

They also define the mission of the Ummah: to stand as witnesses over mankind. At the same time, they remind us of our true identity as “Muslims” — a name given through Ibrahim (AS) and approved by Allah — calling us above all worldly and sectarian divisions.

The meaning of falah is also made clear: true success requires effort, just as a farmer must work hard to bring forth a crop. So too, spiritual success comes through prayer, Zakah, good deeds, and holding firmly to Allah, the best Protector and Helper.

Then Surah Al-Muminun gives the final statement: the believers have already attained success. The first condition for this victory is khushu’ in Salah — a prayer that is not merely mechanical, but filled with humility, focus, and the awareness of standing before the Creator.
