ط غ وṭ-gh-w
(ف) طَغٰى يَطْغٰى طُغْيًاṭaghā yaṭghā ṭughyan: to exceed the bounds. ﴿اِذْهَبْ اِلٰى فِرْعَوْنَ اِنَّهُۥ طَغٰى﴾ (Ṭā Hā 20:24); ﴿اِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَا الْمَآءُ﴾ (Al-Ḥāqqah 69:11); ﴿اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَيَطْغٰٓى﴾ (Al-ʿAlaq 96:6)
طَغْوٰىṭaghwā (noun, ism dhāt): rebelliousness, transgression. ﴿كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُوْدُ بِطَغْوٰىهَآ﴾ (Ash-Shams 91:11)
طَاغُوْتٌṭāghūt: every means of rebellion, every rebel. ﴿يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِالْجِبْتِ وَالطَّاغُوْتِ﴾ (An-Nisāʾ 4:51) (see ṭ gh y)
