Form IV (ifʿāl) أَتْقَنَ يُتْقِنُ إِتْقَانًاatqana yutqinu itqānan: to make a work firm, solid and flawless. Only once in the Quran: ﴿صُنْعَ اللّٰهِ الَّذِيْ أَتْقَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ﴾ (An-Naml 27:88)
