ن ف یn-f-y
(ض) نَفَيٰ يَنْفِيْ نَفْيًاnafā yanfī nafyan: to drive away, to banish, to cast out. Only once in the Quran, in the account of حدِّḥddi ḥirābah: ﴿أَوْ يُنْفَوْا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ﴾ (Al-Māʾidah 5:33) — i.e. they are to be expelled from the land.
