سورۃ الانبیاء کا آغاز ایک لرزہ خیز حقیقت سے ہوتا ہے کہ لوگوں کے حساب کتاب کا وقت قریب آ لگا ہے، مگر وہ غفلت میں منہ موڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ اس درس میں کفار کے ان اعتراضات کا جواب دیا گیا ہے جو وہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بشریت (انسان ہونے) پر کرتے تھے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے واضح فرمایا کہ پچھلے انبیاء بھی انسان تھے اور کھانا کھاتے تھے۔
