(س) زَرِقَ يَزْرَقُ زَرَقًاzariqa yazraqu zaraqan: (of the eyes) to be blue and sightless, to be blind.
اَزْرَقُazraqu pl. زُرْقٌzurq (adjective of colour or defect, on the pattern of اَفْعَلُafʿalu): blue-eyed, blind. ﴿وَنَحْشُرُ الْمُجْرِمِيْنَ يَوْمَئِذٍ زُرْقًا﴾ (Ṭā Hā 20:102)
