ط ل لṭ-l-l

(ن) طَلَّ يَطُلُّ طَلًّاṭalla yaṭullu ṭallan (original form: طَلَلَ يَطْلُلُṭalala yaṭlulu): for a light drizzle to fall.

طَلّṭall: dew; light rain — the opposite of وَابِلwābil (heavy rain). Only once in the Quran, in the parable of sincere charity: ﴿فَإِنْ لَّمْ يُصِبْهَا وَابِلٌ فَطَلٌّ﴾ (Al-Baqarah 2:265) — i.e. if there is no heavy rain, a drizzle suffices.
