ق و بq-w-b
— qāb: the part of a bow between the grip and the tip; and figuratively: measure and distance. «قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِqāba qawsayni» means a distance equal to two bows — an Arab idiom for extreme nearness. Only once in the Quran: ﴿فَكَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِ أَوْ أَدْنٰى﴾ (An-Najm 53:9).
